Shipping Options & Rates
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
For customers who require expedited delivery, the following options are available at checkout:
• Second Day Air – $24.99
• Next Day Air – $34.99
All orders are shipped using UPS. Please note: UPS delivers on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed. However:
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day
Shipping Security & Delivery Requirements
All orders are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe and secure receipt.
Orders must be delivered to the exact address entered at checkout. For security and logistical reasons, we are unable to:
• Modify or update shipping addresses after an order has been placed
• Reroute packages or request carrier holds
• Process pickup requests
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, any associated return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
Please note the following restrictions:
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses
• A valid residential or business address is required for delivery
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
All duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
You may also track your order at any time by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Shipments
All shipments are fully insured.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend the following steps:
• Check with family members, neighbors, or building management
• Allow a minimum of 48 business hours from the time of delivery for updates
If your package is still missing, you must contact us within 60 days of the delivery date to initiate a claim.
To process a claim:
• All required documentation must be submitted within the same 60-day period
• Claims cannot be processed without complete documentation

• Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances
